The room was lovely, very comfortable. I appreciated that there was a bar with food available on property. I also loved the area they had setup for a photoshoot, even jackets and hats we could put on. Nice touch! Property is in a good location near Kok-Tobe.
You have to walk around the building to get to the hotel, as the main building is a residence so taxis cannot enter. Just a bit of inconvenience, but not a big deal.

Boutique-hotel located next to the canal in a quiet neighborhood, just couple of hundred meters from transport options . Value for money with friendly staff.

카자흐스탄 전통 분위기의 소품과 현대적인 실내 디자인이 잘 어우러진 예쁜 방이었어요! 아침도 호텔 내 카페에서 먹을 수 있게 제공되는데, 한상차림 처럼 깔끔하게 나오고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 침대도 진짜 편해요. 호텔 바로 옆으로는 작은 개천?이 흘러서, 그 개천따라 산책하기 좋게 되어있습니다.
주상복합아파트 같은 곳에 위치한 호텔이다보니, 출입구에 주차 차단기가 있어서 택시가 호텔 앞까지 못갑니다ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 한밤 중에 택시 타고 내렸는데 너무 당황했구요? 주차 차단기에서부터 호텔입구까지는 3분 정도 걸려요.

Good location near to city centre. The room was clean.
3 main issues:
1) the bed -it was too soft and it was completely not comfortable to sleep and not good for the back.
2) the shower enclosure was bleeding a lot, water temperature was not stable and switched from cold to hot regularly
3) breakfast - no choice, different type of eggs with sausage every day and porridge which was always overcooked . We stayed for 1 week and it was not ok to eat same breakfast every day.
