Spacious room for good price and great kitchen too. Owners v responsive when I asked a question. Room was very clean.
The need for a security deposit and ID checks when booking through booking.com. I understand why they're in place but took longer than expected to sort the booking.
The location is next to a major road so may be a bit noisy if you have the window open but suitably quiet when window is closed.

close to the city centre, very comfortable and fun with the pool table

it was very clean and as described.
The description should be 3 bed rather than 4 as the sofa bed could only fit one. The location is a bit dodgy and it’s hard to find the area
