This building is fancy!! It's well situated close to MIT and 5 minutes from a metro station. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. The unit itself was well appointed with full kitchen and great views. Very nice!!
We were their for graduation and the rates at every property were crazy. So we had to pay a lot, but still got more value compared to hotels. The host was wonderful and the staff at the property is very nice too.

Great location, view,.facilities. also excellent communication with the host.
The place had a bit of dirt and we found some old clothes next to and behind one of the beds.
Most importantly though the mattresses were very uncomfortable, especially at the king size bed and the single bed. Lastly the windows couldn't close fully and at the kind bedroom the noise from the bathroom fan was quite loud.
