Appartamento comodo a due passi dall'acropoli. nei paraggi e raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti numerosi posti carini ed economici dove fare colazione e mangiare. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio gratuito nei paraggi (500 metri) nonostante ci fossero lavori nelle strade vicine per realizzazione reti gas. consiglio di arrivare la sera dopo orario chiusura negozi che si liberano i posti auto, di giorno è più difficile trovare parcheggio.

il primo giorno c'era un caldo infernale dentro appartamento, consiglio al gestore di accendere il clima qualche ora prima del previsto arrivo in modo da non soffrire come è capitato a noi la prima notte, i giorni successivi siamo stati molto meglio accendendo il clima nelle ore calde e spegnendolo di notte. Cuscini del letto troppo morbidi non sostengono la testa.

Location is good. Reasonably spacious, but lacking in good seating when reading or relaxing. Having two bathrooms is truly helpful.

Things missing, which I had to request at the beginning of this day, small kitchen things, extra towels, a different type of blanket, or duvet rather than a polyester one, which actually never arrived. The lack of decent comfortable seating really a cheap sofa in the living space next to the kitchen was not very comfortable and no other chair anywhere. This is not unusual in a lot of ShortTerm apartments, but really… Standards need to come up across this accommodation sector. And Booking.com as an organisation should up their game and look towards quality rather than quantity. If they did that, perhaps political backlash about short-term rental apartments would be different.

Appartement très bien situé. Des commerces , des restaurants sont à moins de 10 min. Le centre d'Athènes (Acropole, Plaka..) est à 20 min à pied. Station de métro à 10 min Appartement spacieux , idéal pour 1 couple et 2 enfants ou 2 couples

On entend un peu les voisins mais rien de bien méchant

The apartment is located in a safe neighborhood close to the center, at a walk-able distance to several main attractions like Acropolis, Monastiraki square, Plaka, Ancient Agora, Philopappos hill and Zeus temple. There are plenty of options close-by for eating and for day-today shopping (supermarkets). The well equipped apartment is newly renovated and spacious and is accessible by lift. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped with modern stove, oven and microwave. The key collection and depositing process was pretty smooth. Although we did not meet in-person, the host was always reachable over the app and responded in a timely manner. The host was kind enough to accommodate our early check-in request between 11.00 am - 12.00 pm. As the piping is old, no paper goes into the toilets (including toilet tissue paper). Apparently, this is an issue that exists in many places in center of Athens. This was a learning for us. The host sent quick help to clear the clogging.

During our stay, on a rainy day in the interior bedroom had water seeping from the roof. It was found that there was a leak in the central heating pipes. This could not be fixed during our stay. So, for the remainder of our stay, we could not use that room. The host offered us another two bedroom apartment in a different location not far from the center. With the spacious living room with sofa and the other bedroom and two washrooms, the stay was manageable for three of us. So, we did not move. I docked-off one point in my final rating for this unforeseen incident. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and would not hesitate to stay another time in this apartment.
