廚房設施齊全，可以煮大餐（調味料需自備）。飯廳客廳空間很大，有陽台。
冷氣夠冷，在七月尾去日玩旅行，是非常重要的。
還有一張吊床，我兒子非常喜歡。
另外，房東回覆很迅速。
整體而言，房子的保養有待改善。
內部而言，只是浴室去水比較慢。
但外部方面，由停車處要行一段石級才上到房子，這是一開始已知道的，不過石級有點崎嶇，而且生滿雜草，入夜之後照明不足，比較危險。所以有年長者及幼兒同行就不太適合。
而大門外的木地台仍有破洞（我見之前的留言已有提及）未修好，也沒有醒目的標示，也是有些危險，尤其到了晚上周圍都很黑。（我們入住是七月尾）

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need for cooking. The location is perfect for a 5-minute walk to a gorgeous beach where you can surf, snorkel, sun-tan, relax. The unit itself has 2 bedrooms, and the beds were very comfy. Check-in was easy with their automated pad-lock. The location is calm, quiet, and peaceful. I would recommend this spot, and hope to stay again if I ever visit Itoshima agian : )
The outside of the home (deck, windows, window screens) could use some maintenance), however, I would say this is only a minor flaw. The inside of the unit was very clean, and well maintained.

Heerlijke plek, vlakbij het strand. Rustig, ruim en goed uitgerust. Ietwat gedateerd, maar wel functioneel. De trap is inderdaad pittig, vooral de eerste keer met koffers. Verder vonden wij het niet zo'n probleem. De waarschuwing voor de beestjes is niet onterecht, maar je zit dan ook middenin het bos. Afgezien van de muggen vonden wij het wel gezellig en hebben we ze allemaal een naam gegeven. (Manny Mantis, Stevie Spider, Larry Lizard)
Verblijf kan wel wat TLC gebruiken. Veel verrot hout in het dek (een bbq kan maar zoveel bedekken) en de trap naar de voordeur houdt het ook niet lang meer vol. De tafels en bankjes aan de voorkant zijn volledig weggerot. De hordeuren zijn ook op veel plekken stuk. Op zich geen probleem, maar je hebt ze wel nodig. De verlichting op de trap kan ook beter. Die lampjes hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Een grote auto zou tot slot best wat moeite kunnen hebben op de parkeerplaats te komen. Wij vonden het met een kleine auto al een uitdaging, maar dat kan ook aan onze rijkunsten liggen.

Lovely home with nice layout. It was quiet and peaceful. Kitchen was functional and beds were comfortable. The sun streamed in the clearstory windows in the morning, which brightened the day.
The stairs (64) from the parking area to the house were in BAD shape. They were 3" wide cement blocks as the edge but the dirt between the blocks had washed out, leaving just the 3" wide surface in many places. There was no railing. The deck was rotten and stairs were squishy. The AC didn't work well. No view of the water.
