Proximity to station, cleanliness, facilities, spacious room
Characters that appear outside of the property that look rough but they are harmless and not an issue isolated to the property.

The apartment was really clean, modern and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the amenities and found the space very comfortable and functional. The host was also really kind and helpful. The location is great and very close to the centre, we could easily walk to Plaka and other central areas. There’s also a grocery store and a cafe right next to the building, which was really convenient.
Probably the only thing I would mention is that there are quite a few homeless people around the neighbourhood, especially on this street, which can feel a little uncomfortable at night. No one bothered us during our stay and we didn’t have any issues, but if you’re travelling with kids, it’s something to keep in mind.
