Location is amazing and owners are really nice and very prompt
Personal preference would of been to maybe to have a sofa/sofa bed instead of the single bed just to give a little bit of warmth and comfort for movie watching again just preference

Rooms very basic but clean
Although the couple looking after the hotel were friendly & helpful
The Charlton no longer looks on the outside as advertised on your site
Next door but one looks like a building site
Very basic
Electric heaters not very efficient at heating room
Thin duvets
Bathroom shower clean & worked well
No lamps for bigger room
But on request one was provided
Parking provided but expensive & had to park in hotel being refurbed
Reception of Charlton run down & shabby
