Owner easily reachable
Property clean and good exactly like the pictures
Please do consider buying more sofas for lounge as no adequate sitting area for big family group only 3 people can sit in that lounge

It was a perfect location, all rooms had comfortable double beds and decent TV's. The extra toilet other than the one in the bathroom was good to have. Big kitchen with excellent fridge/freezer. Fantastic value for money considering the amount of bedrooms.
It was clean but it wasn't spotless but considering the value for money you can't complain, it was definitely good enough. I would suggest having 2 keys though, as it is likely booked for groups. If some people want to sleep and others are out you can't lock the front door from inside and then leave the key in the lockbox.

Very spacious. Large bedrooms. Fully functional kitchen. Tea coffee etc. crisps and biscuits available.
Garden needs attention. Lots of weeds. Refuse bins already full.

The house was perfectly located, close to the beach and local amenities. The host was responsive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for the lovely touch leaving snacks, it was unexpected and very appreciated
The only downside was the living room could have done with more seating. After messaging the host he did say this was something he would look at.
