Breakfast was served well and with a smile.
Showers water pressure was too weak. Some maintenance is necessary I. E. Floor strip in front of sink is loose, towel handle on the right of bathroom basin comes off, right hand bedside lamp has electrical connection problem.
The neighbors dogs are barking incessantly especially during the night. That’s why we say the room wasn’t quiet.

The property is centrally located. The hosts were amazing and so accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. They made us an awesome breakfast and offered to drive us to the conference center the following day.
Not much to dislike.
