Ilanga Du Cap Hotel

Clean and service provide

All good

Friendly staff, accomodating for very late arrival, whatsapp communication for location, arrival and reminders.

No complaints

It was close to the beach and shops. Staff is very friendly and professional. Good parking and access for cars.

Nothing

We liked the scrambled eggs. Also we were allowed to store our luggage in one of the rooms as we arrived early.

The upper 1 bedroom apartment shower water leaks I to the closet. The carpet was sticky. The windows were filthy. There was a lizard like creature in the apartment, and when the night team was informed, they never came to attend the matter. We barely slept and we were worried about the creature being in the apartment We had requested for the rooms to be in close proximity, which they responded with "request approved," but they were even on different levels. Parking is at the street, unfenced, although they claim there is night security and cameras. The breakfast was just normal, bread was finished, and they never refilled for the coming groups.
