Location was great, easy access to the Metro nearby. Amazing host. Sakura-san constantly checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed and also gave recommendations for places to eat and visit that were nearby.
Room is a bit small, but that is expected given the price and my group size of 10 people. Apart from that no complaints about the place

The property can fit more than 10 people, a lot of comfy beds. If you have a lot guests, you can also you the extra mattress. Kitchen is quite small but sufficient. We can fit about 6-8 people comfortably eating at the kitchen. All the facilities and utilities mentioned are correct and we had no issues with any of them. There’s a coin laundry shop nearby about 5 mins walk which you can dry your clothes after washing it at home.
Overall our group consist of 10 adults and we are very happy with our stay.
It is quite far from the major attractions like Shibuya and Shinjuku. If you dont mind taking the trains longer or busses then you will be fine.

Everything was cosy, owner Sakura san helped us a lot and kept in contact with us for months, making sure preparations are well underway until our last day. We booked a Fuji trip using her service and we are 100% satisfied. Her other services are also commendable and she truly understands the needs of fellow travellers. Bus stop is in front of the house, 7-E is just a 2-mins walk, what other choices do you need other than this one?
Nothing, if I come to Tokyo in a big group I’ll book this property again.
