Super nice lodge with wildlife right at lodge.Very friendly host. Right at base of Pearl mountain.

Amazing place up in the hills of 'La Sal'. Perfect place if you want a quiet and small family run retreat away from the crowd. Mike and Amanda, the hosts were very helpful and gave us a lot of local pointers and tips. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. All the basic amenities are in the room. There is a common TV in the shared living room. There are also cabins have a well stocked kitchen with washers and dryers. The breakfast is a good spread of cereals, toast, bagels, boiled eggs etc. Since this place is a little cut-off, you need to plan some drive time to Moab in case you are particular on eating at restaurants for dinner etc. Given the location, the night sky is spectacular and they keep the outside lighting minimal so that you can enjoy the night sky. You don't have to go to a national park to see the night sky 😀. We absolutely loved the place and enjoyed it.

Although it was a ways away from Moab, this was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was clean, had extras, such as a washer and dryer, bonus. There was 3 bedrooms to choose from, also bonus. And it was much, much cooler than Moab. There was everything we needed and more. Having a washer and dryer was awesome. Nice porch to sit on. Neighborhood was quiet at night, so we slept the windows open most night. The suite next door had tenants, but the cabins are well insulated, so no noise at all from them. But best of all, and something I just found out on our last night there, was it is a Dark Night neighborhood. They all got together and decided to leave it like that. I had never had that experience and I was floored!! Stars, 360*, as far as you could see, and all the way to what looked like the ground. I was profoundly touched by that. If I could have stayed up all night, I would have. But we had to leave early that morning. I highly recommend this establishment.

It’s out in the country, about 30 minutes from Moab. Beautiful place. Great view of the mountains. Watch out for the deer on the way from Hwy 191 to the property. Bring your own food for lunch and dinner, unless you eat out. All you need for breakfast is provided. Great gourmet kitchen. Staff is super. You will love this place. It’s like being at home.

The view was fabulous and the hostess had a very nice kitchen arrangement for the guests to have their personal needs. The free breakfast choices were perfect and the hostess made sure everyone was comfortable and taken care of
