We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and in a very nice neighborhood.

The host was very good at communicating and following up on anything we asked about.

Very clean, with more than plentiful space for our party of 6! We appreciated the basic kitchen and laundry supplies, safe area and proximity to all the wonderful options Frisco has to offer!

Stay could have been a lot better for the price! Asked for early check in but wasn’t able to accommodate due to having home cleaned, which was fine. Arrived at 4:25 and home was still being cleaned by housekeeper, so we had to wait. Once in unit around 5pm, it smelled fresh, dishwasher running full of dishes. Headed to check out loft area where trash was found: pizza box, yogurt cup, kids school work, and Arizona tea. Couldn’t figure out why so many flies were in home at the time but once we decided to use back yard, it was evident. Dog food was thrown on the ground by back door and poop was every where which caused flies to gravitate there. Every time door was opened flies came in. We had it all cleaned up but couldn’t use the grill because it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Also, was told toilet paper would be dropped off but didn’t happen we ran out and had to buy our own. We had plenty of towels to use but no extra bed linen. The home was spacious and in a decent neighborhood, will accommodate a family easily. Could be a 10 with better cleaning service.
