Perfect location. View from deck across Little Hickory Bay to mangrove island. Just a couple of blocks walk to the Fish House restaurant and Sweet Melissa's (key lime pie and ice cream). Quiet. Easy launch of guest kayak into Little Hickory Bay. Spacious rooms. Comfortable bed.

All 7 of us were very happy with our rental of both units A and B. The pool was great for the kids. The dock provided hours of fishing fun. Great views of the water and only minutes from the beach. Excellent location.

This property is in a great location. A Publix and 3 very good restaurants were less than a mile away. The duplex was very clean and the view of the bay water was wonderful. I spent a lot of free time on the deck that had a very nice table and chairs. We used the brand new grill one night. I used the paddle board and went around the canals and out to the bay near the channel. I was followed by several dolphins! I used one of the bikes to ride to the beach a couple of times. Everything worked and we enjoyed our stay. If I had one suggestion it would be to update and refresh the paint on the walls and update the style with new furniture. That would be for cosmetic purposes because everything was very clean.

Location was great. Nice to be right on the canal. Cleanliness needs to be called out as vents were black with dirt and mold. Deck had mold on the rails.All the kayaks handles were broken making launching and taking them back out of the water difficult. Kitchen, furniture, and appliances were all good.
