Location was great

The sofa bread was uncomfortable and the lamp shades in the main room was broken and the slats in the main bed had fallen off prior to us arriving and the bed was slumped in so it was uncomfortable

A friendly person handed over the keys, even though I was supposed to provide the exact time of my arrival at the apartment. Very convenient location, and a nice apartment with everything you need

Very terrible customer service: they ignore messages, barely speak English, and lie. We were only able to communicate with them through a Booking.com staff member. They force you to pay the city tax through a service that my bank flagged as unsafe, and where your card details are stored (my bank advised me to block my card afterwards). There was also a broken bed in the apartment

The host was very responsive. The instructions of how to get into the apartment were very clear and we got sent videos showing us how to get in. We got off at Milan Cadorna which was a 10 minutes walk away, the cathedral was 10 minutes away to the right and the castle was 10 minutes away to the left so we were bang in the middle which was great. Apartment was cosy and had everything we needed. It also has a washing machine and tumble dryer which I thought was great as we traveled with a child and just a back pack so we could wash his clothes in case we needed to.

There isn’t much to moan about as the flat is in a really good location - so I suppose it will is same in majority of places that are close to the main squares. Basically we couldn’t sleep very well due to the trams bang outside the flat. They were running every 5-10 minutes making lots of noise and even through the night. We could also hear the cars and scooters so I believe the windows were very thin. It might be a good idea for the host to provide ear plugs. We tried to buy some but couldn’t find any. All in all, because it was in a very close walking distance to the main areas, I think it’s a good value for money.
