Riverside Hotel

Room was quite big, had all the basic facilities you need, and the self service entrance and parking was good

A bit noisy being on a busy road side, maybe rooms the other side would be quieter , strong smell in the room perhaps the cleaning products .

No breakfast. Location very handy for our destinations. Cirencester beautiful.

The toilet paper!!

Close to Cirencester easy to walk into town. Room clean

Tv didn’t work properly struggled to get it to turn on

The room was clean and comfortable. Obtaining the key was an unusual experience with texted passcodes to gain access.

We were put on the top floor, fortunately for a couple in lateish 70's, we are reasonably fit, even so, having to carry cases up 4 flights of stairs was hard work, there was no lift. The hotel, which in my opinion was more of a hostel; with communal cooking facilities and fridges. We happened to bump in to a cleaner who was helpful in pointing us in the right direction for our room, as far as I could tell, the only member of staff in the place. The premises are adjoining an industrial estate, so the image of a quiet riverside setting was not what I expected. Perhaps I should have researched more before booking.
