The apartment was cute and clean and I could see the sea from the terrace. It had a nice kitchen setup and they provided everything you need. The A/C worked great. It was a short walk to the sea and some restaurants.
As expected, the sofa bed was less comfortable than a bed. But that was no problem for a short stay.

Excellent value for money, clean, and the view is fantastic. You have everything you need in the apartment. The sofa bed is comfortable, and there is a collection of books (which I especially liked), and DVDs. The kitchen is small but very functional. The bathroom is super clean. You can see the sea at all times. The garden is beautiful, there is shade all morning, and some adorable cats and kittens make it even better.
