Roma Luxury Stay 56

Alles was top!

Absolutely fantastic apartment ! Everything was spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the mattresses were perfectly clean. The room was cleaned every day, with toiletries replenished, towels replaced, and the bed made daily. Everything was taken care of to a very high standard. The location is excellent and very convenient. The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming, and we had excellent communication with them throughout our stay. They were always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we needed anything. The gentleman responsible for cleaning was also very friendly and hardworking. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. We would happily come back!

Great property , exactly what we needed , comfortable and clean . The host was very responsive and helpful.

Nothing

Location was good/interesting. Room was mostly clean, just a few areas where it didn't seem totally fine.

Even though Ella was absolutely kind and delightful, it was hard to get a hold of someone when we arrived and to understand the steps to getting into our room. This was our very first night in Europe, so maybe our expectations were too high at the start of our trip, for example the very small showering area etc...is more common than we knew at that time. . We are re-reviewing this experience with some ability to now look back at other places we stayed and have upgraded this review accordingly. .
