Worst stay of my life

Nothing

Room was very very smelly, full of piss everywhere in the bathroom, which made whole room to smell like piss. Bedsheets and pillows was very smelly, I was not able to sleep whole night. Very dirty and uncomfortable experience ever. It was very deceiving what was advertised

awful, horrendous, disgusting

I contacted the property on the first night, as there was garbage all over the entry with maggots crawling out of the bin, the lock code that had may key in it for the room, which meant that the key to my room was not safely secured, the door was in fact left unlocked, the front door left unlocked, leaving the whole house open and exposed, not safe at all. The rubbish and bin juice was seeping all over the entry with its awful smell, and the room stuck extremely bad of this rubbish, off meat smell. I was unable to cook my dinner with the food I had bought to cook, as the kitchen bench was covered in food scraps, the cleanliness was a hygiene issue. The bed looked like it had been slept in and not fresh sheets, but been slept in, the bathroom was not clean at all. I was unable to stay the first night, I contacted the property and they never got back to me, I am still yet to hear back from the property, I had to late that evening find other accomadation, which meant I had to travel another 30 mintues in the car to another location to stay the night, no where near I needed to be the following morning, I am highly disappointed the property hasn't responded to any emails or messages sent through booking, com. You can see the night of this booking where I has to arrange an alternative accom for there night. This experience was awful. I expect a full refund for my room not being cleaned, or fresh linen or clean hygienic property, I have images of the rubbish left at the window of the bedroom, if you should require this.
