Fantastic location, very cute and stylish, love the roof top terrace and the host had great communication and we wonderful to deal with. I forgot something and they are yelling me get it shipped.

Absolument rien. Toutes les locations devraient être comme celle-ci!

Great location. Quiet, central, responsive host. Nice living area. Altana has nice view.

Terrible water pressure in the showers . Could not wash my long , thick hair all week. Mattresses ok but not that comfortable. Dipped in middle. Should have had mattress covers. No full length mirror, or mirror at all, in bedrooms so you have to go to common space to try on outfits , which is awkward when you are with others. One bedroom was not made up on arrival, nor was there even a bottle of water, though the host sorted when we complained. Not enough hangers for a week long stay, though host brought more when we asked. Stairs incredibly steep and common parts of building in very poor condition. No secure space to leave luggage - had to leave at hotel across road. All of above could be fixed relatively easily, even the water pressure - most flats at this high price in Venice - and even at lower prices- have these basics sorted. Again, these are all easy things to fix , but despite responsive and helpful host , it would seem they don’t want to.
