I would like to commend Sheila, who professionally handled our reservation with positive attitude and a pleasant smile. A very nice hotel with an open lobby, good variety of delicious buffet breakfast, lots of parking, big rooms and comfortable beds that can fit two people, a bathtub, gym, pool, outstanding service and very helpful staff from check in, kitchen, security, concierge, and housekeeping. I ordered two whole blueberry cheesecakes that were carefully wrapped inside a big box and individually.
Everything was well taken cared of from guest luggage or bags to parking your car. Nothing that I noticed to complain about. The front desk Sheila and Angelica, assisted us with our reservation without any hesitation. Great job and keep up the great work! The hotel truly stand with its name “Tribute”. Not very popular hotel, but deserves an award!

The room was big and newish. Reception staff were helpful and security personnel very attentive.
The whole building smelled when I checked in. I heard they were having sewage issues, so the lobby to my room on the 10th floor smelled like sewage. Had to request air freshener. Also, on one occasion I found a very large cockroach in my bathroom. I wondered how it got on my floor when I was far away from the street. Had to call housekeeping to get rid of the roach and asked for towel replacements.
Let's talk about breakfast. Limited selection, and quality is poor. At this point I would not recommend the breakfast buffet they have. I hope they improve this offering to match the good room quality and staff professionalism.
The gym needs proper mats.

The staff were fine, doing the best they could with outdated concepts of hospitality business. But running according to the rule book. Beds were clean and comfortable. The location was fine for St Luke's Medical Center. Easy to get Grab car. And close to food places at reasonable price.
The room was not available on arrival because we arrived earlier than planned. We had lunch. Disappointing. Menu had no items that I would call simple and wholesome. There was no flexibility, if it was not on the menu then not available. Breakfast was planned for local tastes and was below average. scrambled egg was lumpy and a very light color. Tasteless. After day 1 we took a daily taxi to another hotel (B Hotel) for breakfast. (Wide choice but pricey) When we eventually were able to go to the room, it was a good size, but lacked information. No menus for room service, nothing about the TV (which we discovered could only give us You tube) Nothing to show how the shower worked, (had a new way to make the hand held shower work) so generally lack of info. Water was hot and good power. The shower grab handle to get into and out of the bath tub was incorrectly placed outside the shower curtain. Beneath the TV there was three sockets, through which we could hear clearly what was happening next door. Very poor sound insulation. At the time of our visit for seven days there were three conventions taking place result very crowded with government employees from widespread offices. The hotel seemed geared towards this type of event. On arrival I was asked to pay a security deposit of 2000 PER NIGHT. I was sure that was wrong and said so, they capitulated and reduced the security deposit (refundable) to 5,000 peso. Maybe at 82 years old and a wife of 57 years old married for 24 years we looked like we were going to party ? LOL Anyhow in short I booked a cheap hotel and that's exactly what we got, Cheap. After a procedure at St Luke's and a certificate fit to fly we left a daily early. Paid in full for our planned booking including breakfast received a credit for the 5000 deposit.
