There was a time where the temperature was above 20, and we informed them but they said as per the law they couldn’t turn it on in some specific temperature which is 8-12 C, so we opened the window which allows the mosquitoes to enter and got multiple bites which led me to go to pharmacy mid night -communication with the staff were difficult and delayed -theres no coffee and tea, but there’s kettle -theres dish washer without soap. -1 toilet paper for the whole stay (4 nights and we were asked to buy more as they dont provide more than 1)
