Location and staff are golden

Location right in the action of Echoland!! And Raymond a great guy who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and make the most of your stay in Hakuba! If you’re lucky to get a hotpot you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect number of beds, would go out for dinner with guys who were in the lodge. Ski'd with the lodge crew - made the experience absolutely awesome. Wednesday hotpot night was the best!

There are too many excellent things about staying at Raymond’s guest house. It’s conveniently located, the people are fun, the house is laid out great with heated board/boots storage, breakfast, good showers, but most of all Raymond was like having a local travel assistant live in with you. In the morning, I could say I want to go here or there and he’d show me all the times/routes I could take and most meet right outside his place. If not, you just walk three minutes down the road to a different stop. Everything went so smoothly. That’s to say nothing of the fun company you might meat, the hot pot dinner Raymond makes during season, or the views from just outside. Overall, such an incredible stay, and I will be back!
