The Rubens Collection

Good location with easy walk to the Trastevere area. Rooms were small but comfortable and bathrooms were good. There is no reception there and everything is dealt with by What’s App. Access to room was also by Email and What’s App. They were very responsive to any questions or queries by this way. We stayed there to be close to the Trastevere area after staying in the other areas closer to Piazza Navona and Colosseum. But everything is walkable. Close to restaurants and a great leather jacket outlet shop. Also a great gelato shop on the corner of this street. Very close to the river and we walked to Castel Sant Angelo which was lovely

All was good. Just a smaller room and no reception staff onsite which didn’t affect us

The location was excellent and the unit was well appointed. The staff were very accessible.

We did not realize that the staff were absent for the majority of the time and would have preferred on site staff in a hotel environment. Soundproofing between the units is poor.

Quite rooms, great aircon, updated bathroom with a great shower, very comfortable bed, excellent location! Owners were very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. The property is like a boutique hotel!
