This apartment is in a very convenient location in Shinjuku and had all the basic amenities we needed like washing machine, kitchenette and wifi. It is a very small studio apartment with a super small bathroom. It was advertised to accommodate 4 people but only had one double bed and a small 2 person couch. There are two twin futons and bedding to roll out for sleeping additional people on the floor. We had to move around the coffee table every night to make room for the two futons. So when arranged for sleeping, every bit of floor space was occupied. I was with my kids and we had a fun sleepover mindset but if you were 4 adults you might not be so comfortable packed in this apartment together. Perfect for a couple or 2 adults 2 kids who like the floor sleeping set up.
