Loved the house! Rooms are spacious, nice fire pit in front, great and clean hot tub out back. I appreciated Ryan’s quick response back to any questions I had. Would definitely rent again!

Woodland Haven is great. It is spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are very accommodating and we had a great time. We loved the fire pit right out the front door.

Overall the property was clean - our kids feet were very dirty when walking around barefoot inside (but we asked for early check in so its possible the floors didnt get a super thorough cleaning because of that). The kitchen was big and beautiful- well-stocked! The beds were comfy and we loved that there were tvs in all of the rooms. The fire pit and hot tub were great! New grill worked great- just bring your own propane (the owner did let us know that in advance). The property is very close to Allegany State Park and Ellicottville. Our only complaint would be that the fuse kept blowing for the living room AC/ fridge/ hot tub/ light over table/ router. We would still highly recommend and have already talked about staying here again. Family friendly, big (inside and out) and great location.

This was a wonderful house to stay with a family! Loved it!
