We had a very nice stay. The house is large enough for family. We enjoyed the privacy of the location. We brought our two small dogs, and we appreciated the totally fenced in yard for their safety as well as the area fenced off for pet relief. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac and the neighborhood is very walkable. Everything is close by - stores, restaurants, beaches. Guest host was very responsive when issues arose.
We stayed during one of the coldest Januarys in recent history, and it was hard to regulate the heat. Because we were there for five weeks, everyday items, i.e. can opener, scissors, broom to sweep, would be helpful additions.

This was a very lovely, comfortable and clean home. Great value for the money. We stay in Airbnb’s, etc whenever we go out of town, and this one was without exception, excellent!! Would definitely rent again!
