The property features an amazing location, offering a modern, clean, and very comfortable studio apartment equipped with fantastic bathrooms.

All communication is handled strictly by bots, and the online check-in and automated document verification already feel shady and uncomfortable. More alarmingly, we experienced a phishing attempt on WhatsApp where someone claiming to be from the property tried to extort extra payment under threat of cancellation. Although we immediately informed the property management about this security threat, there was zero response and no way to reach a human being. Additionally, many listed amenities, such as the dishwasher and washing machine, were disconnected and non-functional, feeling like they were just there for show. Also, the property is inside a mall and it is discomforting to navigate to the apartment.

Nada

Soggiorno piacevolissimo, posizione molto centrale, self check-in tutto sommato semplice, staff molto professionale disponibile e responsivo.
