Amazing home. It was more than we expected. It has everything we needed. We came for a wedding and there were 9 of us in total and everyone was impressed with the house.
The electrical outlets on the main floor were not working except for the island outlets. The TV did not work but the TV in the bonus room was working. We did not need to use the portable a/c. But it did not affect our stay.

Checking out was confusing. I was asked to return the banff pass which I have no idea in the first place and was never introduced to me. I was asked to send an email for check out ( the host did not reply) and check-out in another app.
