Incredibly friendly host and a clean, updated and central accommodation.
No fault of the property's but the location was quite noisy.

The location was excellent, to reach the theatres and venues at National Arts Festival. The host was very friendly and helpful. A good guesthouse and certainly to come back next time.
The bathroom not the same level as the bedroom. To leave the bathroom you have to go down two steps and these are constructed in a strange way. Easy to slip and to fall. My partner slipped when leaving the bathroom and fell on the floor.
