COOL DREAMS Luxury Rooms

The design, the people and the location in a quiet street, near the waterfront and within walking distance to everything

One of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, from the beautiful decoration and extremely comfortable bed and pillows to the cleanliness and temperature of the room. It was very quiet and had such a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was really nice too. The location is also excellent, you can easily walk everywhere.

Beautiful space from the moment you walk in to the dining area. Our room was beautiful and a treat to have the private terrace! Easy walk to shopping and restaurants.

Happy to have found Cool Dreams when searching for a place to stay in Ortygia. Fantastic communication before the stay and on the day of arrival, staff reacted flexibly when I shared my flight was delayed by several hours. They provided clear instructions on how to access the property and room if I arrived after reception closed. Good communication via what’s app during the stay too. Lovely room with plenty of space and storage and great amenities. Minibar prices were most reasonable I have come across in a hotel. Fantastic location in Ortygia - not on a main road. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if ever back in Syracuse.

We did not take the breakfast option with the room as we thought the price was too high. That is a very minor issue as it’s not difficult to grab breakfast around town.
