It is very modern and clean with everything you need. Located directly across from Osaka Station although the area is complex so can be a 7-15 minute walk to your train depending on the line you are taking or the subway.
Also has direct connection to the wellbeing park (you need to pay, 12 years and over only) and a high end shopping mail which does have a decent Time Out food court and some restaurants.
There are two hotels with basically the same name. The other one just doesn’t have “gran” in the title and Google maps continually defaults to the other. It is a fairly complicated 10 minute walk (15 with luggage) from one to the other if you are like us and follow Google!! I think it would be helpful to let guests know in advance there are two and directions to the right one

There are no help about informations nearby like to acess JR and subways. It is all robotic and machines.

Staff wasn’t exactly helpful. Having trouble with the set-up on the tablet in the room. Requested support to drop by. They rejected. Not even familiar with luggage delivery details. Lacks the hotel hospitality once familiar with.
