The property itself was all we expected. In a location we were familiar with. Modern reasonably equipped but there were only 3 of us. the balcony/ terrace was large with good views. Plenty of storage for everyone if fully occupied. Whilst there any communication with the Management company was dealt with in a very helpful and courteous manner so much so that l have booked to return.

The property was good and initially it looked top notch but paintwork needed refreshing in many places and chunks of paint had come off doors etc. a patio glass panel had a big crack in it but that was never mentioned to us before arrival. Scratched paintwork to be expected with holiday rental but rental income should pay for paint up jobs etc. as others mentioned once again only wine glasses, no tumblers until l asked for them. the towels were not good quality and there should have been replacements provided. Certainly more everyday crockery needed if 6 people booked. We were amazed ( and l did flag this up at the time) no instruction manuals for any of the appliances even air con and not everyone is as familiar as we are with the Spanish methods. We were locked out on our arrival as the Intercom System was broken. Had we not been able to disturb other residents at 9 pm who were kind enough to show us how to get in we would have been stranded. We know others had a same problem 3 days before we arrived so management company had plenty of time to let us know what to do and not a pathetic note on door which didn’t help anyone.

Property location is excellent, short walk into town. Loved the local museum and gorgeous shops and cafes. Very spacious apartment and lovely balcony area. Plenty of cupboard space and hangers. Great kitchen and laundry facilities. Lovely restaurant/cafes nearby for breakfast and good quality supermarket 2 minutes walk.

Pillows very firm. Sun loungers at pool were uncomfortable. Only 1 parasol in apartment that you can use on balcony or take up to rooftop pool. No parasols at pool so no shade. Couldn't find a hairdryer in apartment.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Lots of space. Amazing place to stay.

Shower head was broken, no beach towels and in the kitchen only four mugs, four glasses etc for a family of five not so practical?!
