ODAYA Social Hotel Bansko

Comfortable, good location, the food was diverse, there was always something new to try. The facilities are not super new but provide entertainment. The spa is small yet it’s perfect for a couple of people or a small group.

There was loud music one of the nights which was unfortunate. There are some parts of the hotel that are not renovated.

The food was good and the staff was nice.

The room was quite disappointing. The windows were only in the ceiling, which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. There was a wardrobe placed so close to the bed that you couldn’t fully open the doors. The shower only had a curtain, so water ended up everywhere. Overall, it definitely didn’t feel like 4-star conditions. The spa facilities were also below expectations. The sauna was small, the steam sauna wasn’t working, and the water in the jacuzzi looked rather dirty. The recreation room wasn’t functional either, the foosball table was partially broken, the PlayStation didn’t work, and the couches were dirty. The gym was also a joke.
