We arrived early and it was pouring with rain. The staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier than planned, so we didn’t have to wait outside with our luggage in the rain. They responded very quickly, and we were very grateful for their help. Nice neighborhood - we two girls felt very safe during our entire stay. :)
There are some buildings under construction nearby, but the noise didn’t really bother us as we woke up early anyway. If you’re sensitive to noise and like to sleep in, I’d recommend bringing earplugs. :)

The apartment is very spacious and has all the amenities that one might need. Located near bus stops, where you can take direct buses to the ferry terminal and the airport. The communication with the owner is very good, she’s responsive and helpful.
The only maybe missing thing are plugs in the bathroom, I had to use the ones just outside to connect the air drier.
