Very accessible
Only the washing machine needs a dryer, especially since winter is coming. No exhaust fan and heater in the shower room. Need a floor mat at the front door and in the bathroom to avoid slips.

I remember the day i walked into the room and all I could stay to myself was, you could fit a family in this room because it's that big..
The bed was huge, comfortable and affordable prices and availability.i
I can honestly say that there was nothing to complain about..
