The location was great. There is a decent climb up to the property, but that is probably not a bad thing considering all the calories we needed to burn during our trip. 😄 The house itself was incredibly spacious and very well laid out. The view was fantastic, the kitchen was large and well equipped, and the parking garage was also very spacious. The flyscreens were excellent, which meant we could keep the doors open quite often and enjoy the fresh air. The owner was also very responsive and helpful whenever we contacted her, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay because of the location, the space, the view and the facilities. And we had a great surprice visit from a green tree frog... 🐸

Let's call it points of attention. There were a few things that could use some attention. We regularly found small black droppings on our bed, so it might be worth checking what kind of animal or insect is getting inside. The air-conditioning units could also use a proper clean and inspection. They looked quite dirty and had a noticeable smell. Luckily, because the flyscreens worked so well, we could often leave the doors open instead. The ceiling fans were also quite dusty and could definitely use a good clean. Unfortunately, the BBQ had been left extremely dirty by previous guests. Even though the owner responded quickly and offered to help, we eventually decided not to use it. With a little more attention to the overall cleaning, servicing the air-conditioning, cleaning the ceiling fans and finding out where the small black droppings are coming from, this could be an even better place to stay.

The location was perfect, secluded and with an amazing view of the sea and rainforest but still very close to the shops and main road. The house is very spacious and the big terrace fantastic.

The only thing that could be improved is the kitchen supplies.
