The room we stayed in was lovely. Very clean and had a nice set up.
We were put in a room with no garden view even though we paid extra to have that room. It was very claustrophobic as there was no natural light coming into the room at all. The window looks straight out directly at a brick wall and a sign. Overall, the staff were okay but not overly friendly. It’s a shame as the rooms are very nicely set up.
