Location great, right in the city centre and 5 min walk to park run! Cafes, bars and restaurants within seconds walk. Near the beautiful river severn. 10 minute drive to Shrewsbury Folk Festival
There were 2 issues
1. Being in the city centre - very noisy street behaviour from a nightclub a few doors away. Unsociable behavior into the early hours kept us awake. This is no fault of the owner of the property but worth noting when booking (Fri and Sat nights)
2. House doesnt have parking and although there is a car park on the other side of the road, it worked out very expensive for our 3 night stay (parking charges 8am-6pm daily) Need to allow for this

Everything! Clean, well appointed. Well decorated, comfortable and in a great location. We would have happily stayed longer if we could have. We seldom return to the same property if we visit a town twice, we would make an exception for this property.
It is a three story property so stairs, stairs, stairs. This didn’t bother us but we do realize that for some the stairs could be problematic. If stairs don’t work for you this would not be the property.

The property was lovely, it was well equipped and very clean.
I’m not sure if it was due to staying a Friday and Saturday, but it was extremely noisy over night especially the Saturday.
