Great size place for a family. The location was great for the bus into Bristol and easy to navigate when new to this city.
Loved that the main bedroom had a lock! Total bonus for parents.
The noise from above travels into the rooms even while asleep, especially when they go down the stairs.
The bathroom has no working fan and shower water backs up really fast so had to have quick showers, no time to wash hair or water will overflow.

The property is very neat and beautiful. Exactly as seem no the pictures
The water flow out of the shower drain was too slow. We had to keep turning off shower when showering to avoid the tray filling up and over flowing

Nice open planned living and dining area.
The kitchen tap was not fixed to the sink. The oven knobs had no numbers or setting indicators, so we had to guess and it ruined our dinner. The mirrors, glass table and windows were very dirty. Cobwebs around the skylight windows. And people upstairs were very noisy on the Saturday night. Loose and uneven paving slabs in front garden which I tripped over multiples times.
