We booked Woodside Farmhouse for a week over Christmas wanting a quiet break after many years of hosting. The property was so cosy and in a beautiful location, we didn’t want to leave! A perfect balance of feeling remote and peaceful but close enough to local amenities. Gill was helpful and had great communication for anything we needed. I would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to switch off and unwind.

Loved it. Sitting in a hot tub, gazing in awe at a beautiful, starlit sky. Does it get any better than that? This is a cosy cottage with an open fire, a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. There was good communication from the owner before we arrived.

We wanted a peaceful break at the end of the summer holidays and somewhere we could take our dog. The location was perfect. Quiet, rural and a beautiful, well looked after family home. Can’t wait to come back.
