Located in Johor Bahru, this welcoming villa lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 5-minute drive to Austin Heights Water & Adventure Park or the 3-minute drive to Austin Hills Country Club (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax on the rooftop terrace (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the garden of this villa. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the free WiFi and video-game console.

This 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom rental features a BBQ grill, air conditioning, a water dispenser, and blackout drapes/curtains. Bathroom amenities include free toiletries, towels, and slippers. And because there's access to laundry facilities, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

There is also a selection of games to enjoy. Those bringing along the family cat or dog will appreciate the food and water bowls and litter box.
