Great place! Excellent location, convenient, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was wonderful with eggs toast, with Thai fruit jam, bananas and the coffee was especially delicious.

IHOC - Phuket OldTown offers a solid location for exploring the historic streets of Phuket Old Town, and the beds are genuinely very comfortable and the bedroom clean.
There were a few noticeable drawbacks. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant drain odor that lingered throughout our stay.
Service was also mixed: the night receptionist was lovely and very welcoming, whereas the morning staff member barely acknowledged guests and seemed completely absent-minded.
Lastly, the breakfast was a major letdown. It consisted only of toast and jam—nothing else, and no local or hot options. If a property is going to advertise breakfast, it needs to offer more than just dry toast, or simply remove it from the booking rate.

Good value for money, kind staff and good location
The bathroom smelt really really badly of sewage during our stay and there are no windows in the room to air out the smell so it travelled into the main room, also the bar below played very loud music until about 4am on the Saturday and we struggled to get sleep so keep that in mind if you’re staying on a weekend.
