The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, in a good area, and the management was friendly and available when I needed them. The location is charming, in a residential area close to beautiful park areas and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.
Due to the long stay, the refrigerator was small, but I found ways to help with food preparation. That is the only issue for me, and it was mangeable.

Comfortable, had all necessary facilities, quiet neighbourhood
Not soundproof at all, often disturbed by lots of noise from next door.
