Personal super nett und flexibel. Das Frühstück konnte ich wegen einer sehr zeitigen Tour mit Abholung um 6:30 Uhr nicht wahrnehmen, aber habe ich nachmittags bekommen. Sehr gutes Restaurant und Souvenirläden.

Frühstück kommt in Take-Away Plastikbox und Plastikbesteck. Qualität ist aber ok.

Kind staff and clean, comfortable room

Unfortunately I feel like the photos misrepresent the property as I had expected something else. The photos of the wooden walkway over the mangrove are of the restaurant next to the hotel, but this is not where you’re staying. It also means that there is no beach access, and all the beaches nearby are private or paid. Most rooms are in one building, there is limited space in the reception area and the large resort next door generates a lot of noise (perhaps it’s their generator?). Overall this place was not worth the distance from the town in my opinion.

Équipe exceptionnnelle, toujours prête à nous conseiller, nous aider à organiser nos journée, gérer nos transferts, avec eux tout est simple ! Excellent restaurant à côté au milieu de la mangrove. Location de scooter sur place (de bonne qualité et avec de bons casques !!) pour un prix très abordable Bon petit déjeuner Merci pour cette première étape de notre voyage qui a été une jolie parenthèse très reposante

Very friendly staff and modern housing.

The Location next to the the Restaurant. You are facing many visitors and really is the bad smell from the kitchen. There’s nothing to do in Puerta Princesa besides the Underground River.
