1. Great location. Walking distance from almost all main Rome attractions and nice neighbourhoods.
2. The apartment felt very authentically Italian.
3. Very friendly host. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit and water.
4. A/C performing very well on a very hot week in Rome.
Nothing major but some details could enhance the overall experience.
1. No daily replenishment of toiletries which were barely adequate for a 5-day stay (we had to buy).
2. By the third day living room A/C started leaking water (not a major issue but we had to use a towel).
3. The sign in the kitchen mandating the tenants' responsibility to take out the garbage to avoid a fine.
4. Lack of an elevator is the building is something to consider (need to go up 77 steps).

This apartment was incredible—just steps from the Pantheon, with the city’s history right outside the door. Despite the central location, it was quiet at night, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during a heat wave.
The space had everything we needed, with a lovely terrace and a super comfortable bed. It felt authentically Roman, full of charm and character. Andrea, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
Be aware it’s on the top floor with quite a few stairs, but it’s absolutely worth it for the location and overall experience. We loved every minute of our stay!
