The apartment is located very close to the metro station, so we could get to the city center very quickly, and there is a good supermarket and other shops near the apartment... OK apartment for a short stay...
The apartment is really too small, but it is what it is... As soon as we entered the apartment, there was an unpleasant smell, it could be a little cleaner and the bed a little more comfortable.

The location & the fact that it had all the necessary utilities
It was small, but we knew it when we rented it, so it was okay.
