Very easy, excellent customer service. We arrived later and the leasing office was closed. I called and the representative was super kind and provided the necessary information to access the condo.
No elevators, we were on the third floor and my elderly parents had difficulty with the stairs. I don’t think I realized the apt was on the third floor with no elevator's, if I had I would’ve seeked other accommodation.
