空港やビーチにも近いロケーションで、安全な地域で良かった。

エアコンがなく到着してすぐは暑かったが、案内があったとおり、夕方以降は自然の風で涼しく過ごせた。でもエアコンはあった方が快適だと思う。

The space is huge with large bedrooms and living spaces. The beds are comfy with lots of pillows. The master bath has a stone and pebble shower that is beautiful. The backyard sand court was great for volleyball and racket sports (all equipment available on site) - and with the hot tub, we could get our splash fix too. We loved the large dining tables so that we could enjoy dinner with family friends with plenty of room. The neighborhood seems very safe with little kids playing in the yards nearby and a school just a few blocks away. Very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. It is extremely easy to get to/from LAX, Culver City, beaches (Dockweiler beach is a short 20 min drive) and Randy's donuts (for all you Ironman fans!).

Everything is clean but the master toilet needs to be replaced (rust starting in the flush area). We arrived at the end of a record heat wave so with no A/C, the afternoon could get toasty, but the owner let us know if you keep the blinds closed and then open windows in the evening it cools off delightfully. He was right and we slept great!! Just make sure you know the weather for when you plan to enjoy the home to make sure it fits your needs. We made it work for our family.

The house is a beautiful dwelling with plenty of space. The outside with real sand and the hot tub is a very relaxing corner.

Comfortable beds and enough space for all. The outside is probably the best part of the house
