Brilliant host, so helpful and welcoming.
The duck pond outside the caravan was lovely on a morning with all the ducklings 🐥

Beautiful location near a duck pond which my grand children loved feeding them with duck food every morning. Peaceful.

Beautiful view on to a lake . Good clean caravan site.

Perfect location for Skegness and the beaches around, and an round clean site
The outside decking with the seating area and pond was really lovely!
The caravan was in need of some TLC cob webs here and there and the crockery was all needing a clean before use (considering you pay £40 cleaning fee you would expect it to be clean) and the sofa was broken so if we stayed longer that would have been an issue
